Insurance & Payment Options
We accept most PPO insurance plans including Aetna®, Humana®, Delta Dental, Blue Cross® Blue Shield®, UnitedHealthcare, and MetLife. For patients without insurance, we offer an in-house membership plan starting at $250/year that includes two exams, two cleanings, annual X-rays, and 15% off other services. We also accept CareCredit financing.
